Swing Left is seeking a full-time organizer to lead Ground Truth, our people-powered program to mobilize volunteers for canvassing and phone banking in Maine and Boston, MA. You will engage volunteers, recruit locally, and build strong relationships across communities.

The role requires travel, evenings and weekends, and experience in grassroots organizing. You will join a mission-driven team focused on Democratic campaigns and community outreach.

Qualifications

• One cycle of grassroots volunteer organizing experience in an electoral context.
• Experience with voter contact methods and electoral organizing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.

Responsabilités

• Host and lead in-person canvasses.
• Attend and support volunteer-run canvasses in the field.
• Meet directly with volunteers to build relationships.
• Recruit volunteers on the ground.
• Represent Swing Left and speak at local groups and meetings.
• Support barnstorm events and maintain reporting tools.
