Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Graphics System Software Engineer to join a leader in the Telecommunications and Hardware space. This role focuses on real-time graphics and AI software across GPU platforms and operating systems, developing low-level system software for performance and reliability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and validate driver and platform code, helping advance next-generation graphics processors in a fast-paced environment with remote US-based

Qualifications

  • BS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of robust C++ programming experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in platform, driver, or SDK development.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and computer architecture.
  • Experience with DirectX 12, Vulkan, or similar rendering APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced graphics and deep learning technologies for real-time AI
  • Collaborate with industry leaders to create new APIs and systems
  • Implement features across various GPU generations and operating systems
  • Design, develop, and maintain user-mode driver and platform code
  • Ensure compatibility across diverse GPU architectures and driver releases
  • Support design, development, and validation of next-generation graphics processors

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Graphics System Software Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will focus on advancing real-time graphics and AI-related software capabilities across GPU platforms and operating systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to design, implement, and validate low-level system software that enables performance, compatibility, and reliability.

The position offers the opportunity to contribute to next-generation graphics processor development in a highly technical, fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $152,000 - $287,500 annually

Responsibilities
