Job summary

ColorCraft in Orlando, FL, seeks a detail-oriented Graphics Production Associate to support our graphics department from concept through installation. You will coordinate production schedules, review artwork, prepare files for production, and assist with hands-on graphics production to ensure top-quality exhibits.

Qualifications

  • Experience in graphics production, large-format printing, sign production, trade show exhibits, or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of large-format printing processes, substrates, finishing methods, and graphic installation practices.
  • Experience applying vinyl graphics, mounting prints, or assisting with graphic installations is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, design file formats, and file management best practices is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing multiple graphics projects simultaneously from planning through final delivery.
  • Support project schedules and timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Communicate project status, production updates, and shipping information with internal teams, vendors, and installers.
  • Maintain organized project schedules using Outlook, shared calendars, and internal tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Account Managers, Sales, Estimating, and Production to ensure project requirements are accurately executed.
  • Help interpret artwork and production specifications to prepare files for manufacturing.
  • Coordinate with print vendors to ensure graphics meet ColorCraft quality standards, finishing requirements, and delivery schedules.
  • Work with the Estimating department to confirm project budgets before production begins.
  • Coordinate daily priorities with the Graphics Project Manager to support efficient workflow.
  • Review artwork proofs for accuracy, dimensions, color consistency, and production compatibility.
  • Assist with vinyl preparation, trimming, mounting, lamination, and graphic application as needed.
  • Help coordinate and execute graphic installations, ensuring graphics are accurately applied and documented.
  • Assist in managing relationships with print vendors to maintain quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain organized digital file structures, layouts, proofs, and installation documentation.
  • Provide support to internal production teams and field installers by answering questions and resolving graphics-related issues.
  • Verify all graphics are complete, quality checked, and ready no later than two business days before scheduled shipment.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Graphics Production Associate to support the successful execution of graphics projects from concept through installation. Working closely with the Graphics Project Manager, this role helps coordinate production schedules, communicate with vendors and internal teams, review artwork, prepare graphics for production, and assist with hands-on graphics production and installation to ensure every project meets ColorCraft's quality standards.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing project coordination with hands-on production work, collaborating across departments, and seeing creative work come to life in large-scale trade show exhibits and branded environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing multiple graphics projects simultaneously from planning through final delivery.
  • Support project schedules and timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Communicate project status, production updates, and shipping information with internal teams, vendors, and installers.

Team & Vendor Coordination
