Job summary

The National Football League (NFL) seeks an Associate, Graphics Producer for the Global Creative Marketing team in Inglewood, CA. This role manages workflow and resources for design, animation, and graphics production used in on-air commercials, social content, and digital marketing assets.

You will lead a team of in-house designers, collaborate with creative directors and editors, set priorities, and maintain schedules in Asana while upholding technical standards for all campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with Asana and project management software.
• Proficiency in TV commercial production workflows and digital marketing asset specs.
• Expert knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day workload of in-house designers, illustrators, and animators, ensuring efficient process and delivery of all motion and static graphic elements produced by the team.
• Collaborate with creative directors, campaign producers, editors, and other internal stakeholders to intake and prioritize design, illustration, and animation requests for the in-house team.
• Develop and maintain deliverables lists, schedules, and Asana intake requests for and produced by the in-house teams.
• Establish and maintain technical standards, processes, and workflows for external partners who produce and deliver graphic elements and toolkits for campaigns.
• Work cross functionally with IT, Engineering, Facilities, and other groups to ensure all designers and animators have the appropriate systems, tools, software, and processes in place.
• Provide high level quality control to ensure all graphic assets meet creative standards and technical specifications.
