Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of graphic installation experience.
• Experience installing adhesive-backed vinyl graphics on flat and curved surfaces.
• Basic English communication skills (bilingual is a plus).
• 3M Certification is a plus.
• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable using cutting, measuring, and heat application tools.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, transport, and install commercial graphics at customer locations.
• Install vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, architectural graphics, window graphics, and general signage.
• Read and interpret installation diagrams, measurements, color layouts, and specifications.
• Use installation tools including squeegees, knives, tape measures, rulers, heat guns, and torches.
• Safely operate ladders, scaffolds, and lifts; inventory materials and organize tools.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and shop areas; follow safety procedures.
• Assist with additional production and installation tasks as assigned.

Position OverviewOpenwork is seeking a dependable Graphics Installer to join a growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, transporting, and installing commercial graphics on vehicles, windows, walls, signs, and other customer surfaces.
