Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience; or high school diploma with 12+ years of experience.
• Graphics design certifications may be used in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive design, production, and consultation services for videos, graphics, and photography.
• On-site graphic support primarily at the main customer site; travel to satellite sites as needed.
• Manage graphic data, maintain archives, and ensure data integrity and retrieval.
• Monitor schedules, assign and track work orders; provide administrative support for graphics production.
• Travel up to 10% and participate in COOP events requiring graphic support.
• Complete annual training and ensure quality control and adherence to procedures.
