HireTalent is seeking a Productions Artist for basketball/WWNBA apparel graphics in Beaverton, OR. This 6-month contract role focuses on delivering flawless production-ready files and leading production art within categories.

You will attend meetings, identify action items, and serve as the go-to production resource for a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in design/production, a bachelor’s in graphic design or related field, and strong proficiency in Illustrator and Adobe

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a design and/or production environment
  • Proficient knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic applications such as ink types and trim substrates
  • Understanding of product lifecycle and key deliverables
  • Expert-level listening, communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to support and lead peers in new tools and ways of working
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity while continuing to collaborate with the team
  • Laser focus on the critical details that often get missed
  • Ability to multi-task amidst competing priorities
  • Curiosity for learning and building a strong design community
  • Experience in 3D apparel programs (CLO or Lotta) is preferred
  • Understanding of Smartsheets, Airtable, and Miro is a plus
  • A love for sports is a bonus but a love for design is essential

Job description

Title: Production Artist, Basketball WNBA Apparel Graphics - Sport

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 6-months contract

Open to relocation candidates.

We are looking for a Production Artist to join the Design Production Art team who loves the technical details of the graphic process as well as finding new ways of working. This role amplifies graphic design by delivering flawless, production-ready files. They are a trusted resource within the team, creating detailed and accurate graphic schematics, with the ability to run point for Production Art within given categories by attending meetings, identifying personal action items, and being available as the go-to graphic production resource for a greater, cross-functioning team. In addition, they will coach and lead our team into new ways of working. This candidate needs to have a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, while keeping production moving forward.
