Job summary

Perfect Game is seeking a talented Graphic Product Designer to bring the Perfect Game brand to life across apparel, headwear, accessories, and merchandise. You will develop original product graphics from concept through production and collaborate with the Product Line Manager, Graphic Design Manager, and E-Commerce team to ensure on-brand, trend-right designs that are production-ready.

  • 2–4+ years of professional graphic or apparel product design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; experience with Figma.
  • Experience creating production-ready artwork.

Responsibilities

  • Create original graphics, logos, typography, illustrations, patterns, and artwork across apparel, headwear, accessories, and merchandise.
  • Translate product ideas and creative direction into compelling designs, mockups, colorways, and production-ready artwork.
  • Develop product designs across men's, women's, youth, and kids apparel, headwear, accessories, and other merchandise.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align designs with consumer needs, assortment strategies, price points, and seasonal direction.
  • Create accurate art files, specifications, color callouts, placements, and other information required for development and production.
  • Develop graphics and concepts for seasonal collections, major tournaments, championships, collaborations, and limited-edition releases.
  • Present concepts to internal stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and clearly communicate creative intent throughout development.
  • Manage multiple product categories, projects, files, and deadlines while maintaining speed, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Bring fresh ideas, experimentation, and a strong point of view to the Perfect Game product line.

Job description

Perfect Game is seeking a talented, creative, and highly motivated Graphic Product Designer to help bring the Perfect Game brand to life across apparel, headwear, accessories, and merchandise.

This role will be responsible for developing original product graphics and visual concepts from initial idea through production. The Graphic Product Designer will work closely with the Product Line Manager, Graphic Design Manager, & E-Commerce team to create products that are on-brand, trend-right, commercially relevant, and production-ready.

The ideal candidate is a designer who understands apparel and lifestyle products, has a strong eye for typography, color, composition, and illustration, and can move quickly from concept to execution. This person should be comfortable working across multiple product categories and managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This is an opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping the next generation of Perfect Game merchandise and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create original graphics, logos, typography, illustrations, patterns, and artwork across apparel, headwear, accessories, and merchandise.

Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of professional graphic or apparel product design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; experience with Figma.
  • Experience creating production-ready artwork for - capabilities pec
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within apparel, sportswear, lifestyle, streetwear, sporting goods, or consumer products.
  • Knowledge of screen printing, DTF, embroidery, sublimation, appliqué, patches, and other apparel decoration techniques.
  • Experience working directly with apparel manufacturers or production vendors.
  • Experience developing headwear graphics and embroidery artwork or youth/children's apparel.
  • Experience with licensed products, brand collaborations, or Asana/comparable project management software.
  • Passion for baseball, sports, fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
