Core Home in New York City is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer for stationery packaging, from concept to production. You will develop original, trend-forward concepts and ensure timely execution through all production stages, with a strong focus on typography, color, and packaging standards.

• At least 4 years' experience in graphic and packaging design for the Stationery market.
• BFA or BS in Graphic Design or related major.
• Strong level of creativity, conceptualization, execution, organization and design skills.
• Strong sense of typography and color.
• Visualize and create graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
• Ability to line draw products for line sheet or presentation.
• Packaging design experience both primary and secondary.
• Understanding of stationery and stationery adjacent products.
• Adapt and utilize templates to create large number of print ready files across various beauty and bath packages.
• Work on a variety of projects from start to finish, concepting and designing for packaging of stationery products.
• Knowledge of print and packaging, production methods, technologies and creative standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, multiple projects, under tight deadlines, with strong project and time management skills.
• Keen eye for detail and being thorough.
• Review samples and give comments or approvals.
• Adapt designs based on feedback.
• Be aware and passionate about key fashion/stationery market trends.

The Role:

In this role, you are responsible for packaging and graphic development from concept to production, by creating original & trend forward design concepts and ensuring the timely execution of each stage in the production process.
