Job summary

Bolster, a Taylor company, is seeking a Graphic & Experience Designer who is equal parts creative thinker, visual storyteller, and problem solver. You’ll collaborate with leaders, marketers, engineers, and clients to turn ideas into real-world brand experiences across print, digital, and physical environments.

You’ll join a team of Experience Makers and Brand Builders and contribute to every phase from discovery to execution while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced studio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent design education.
  • Strong typography, color, composition, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Working knowledge of print production processes and file prep.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail with file management.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both visual and verbal.
  • Ability to receive feedback constructively and apply it.
  • Excellent time-management and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end creative process.
  • Genuine passion for design, learning, and creative problem-solving.
  • Curiosity and desire to continually improve craft.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling visual and experiential design solutions across print, digital, and environmental applications.
  • Contribute directly to development and execution of project deliverables.
  • Develop presentations for client proposals, pitches, new business opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Generate a wide range of graphic solutions, including data visualizations, icons, concept illustrations, photo/image treatments, and environmental design concepts.
  • Uphold and extend established brand standards through thoughtful, high-quality creative work.
  • Generate innovative ideas for 2D, 3D, and digital design projects, including graphics and experiences.
  • Provide executional inputs and recommendations around materiality, dimensionality and production specifications.
  • Present design ideas and rationale to creative leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to ensure creative solutions align with budgets, timelines, project objectives, and executional requirements.
  • Prepare production-ready files and support successful project implementation.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of design trends, materials, fabrication methods, and emerging software & technologies.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your Opportunity

Bolster, a Taylor company, is looking for a Graphic & Experience Designer who is equal parts creative thinker, visual storyteller, and problem solver.

We're seeking someone who is naturally curious, relentlessly driven, and passionate about design. Someone who asks questions, explores possibilities, obsesses over details, and is excited by the challenge of turning ideas into real-world impactful brand experiences.

You’ll join a team of Experience Makers, Brand Builders, and Storytellers made up of designers, strategists, and production specialists. Together, we create everything from visual identities and marketing campaigns, to in-store environments, signage systems, retail experiences, and branded spaces.

In this role, you will collaborate with creative leaders, marketers, engineers, project managers, and clients to develop thoughtful, innovative solutions across print, digital, and physical environments. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to every phase of the creative process—from discovery and ideation, to design development and execution.

Your Responsibilities

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000.
