Qualifications

• Working understanding of Process Improvement and Interaction Design in real-world settings.
• Fluency across Information Architecture and Persona Development, with strong opinions on both.

Responsabilités

• Pace a product walkthrough so the customer-centric payoff lands at the right second.
• Engineer a template system flexible enough to survive the rebrand.
• Own the look of seasonal launches from moodboard through final handoff.
• Interrogate a brief until the real ask underneath it surfaces.
• Co-author the creative content calendar with marketing, then make it look effortless.
