Overview
Work with a leading Health Plan’s Brand and Advertising team to support critical government program initiatives. This role is dedicated to the Medicare and Medicaid product lines, focusing on the production and maintenance of high-quality member materials. You will ensure all collateral meets brand standards and legal accessibility requirements in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production-level design edits and layouts for multi-page documents such as pre-enrollment kits, benefit summaries, and flyers.
- Ensure all digital materials are 508 compliant, including proper tagging and reading order in Adobe Acrobat.
- Clean up and rearrange complex PowerPoint presentations to align with brand templates and content hierarchy.
- Manage document pagination and layouts for both print (mailers/welcome kits) and digital (hyperlinked PDFs) formats.
- Apply a strategic lens to edits, ensuring consistency across similar product lines and identifying necessary updates.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, with expert-level proficiency in InDesign.
- Proven experience managing multi-page documents and complex layouts.
- Strong understanding of Design 101 fundamentals: content hierarchy, letter spacing, and typography.
- Ownership of a Mac device and proficiency in Mac-based Adobe/Office tools.
- Ability to provide a portfolio link or samples demonstrating production capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry.
- Background or understanding of Government programs (Medicare/Medicaid).
- Prior experience with 508 accessibility standards and WC3 requirements
