Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing and producing professional graphic design products for print, digital, and presentation-based communications using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and deliver high-quality products on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce graphic images and visual communication products in coordination with users and stakeholders.
• Develop layouts, illustrations, presentations, publications, branding materials, and other creative assets to support customer requirements.
• Utilize industry-standard graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, to create professional print and digital products.
• Set up and operate computer graphic systems and related production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor preventive maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate graphic production schedules, priorities, and project timelines.
• Work with outside vendors to obtain production support and ensure quality deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure completion on time, within budget, and to user satisfaction.
• Present concepts, designs, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure all graphic products meet quality standards, customer requirements, and organizational guidelines.
