Job summary

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking creative Graphic Designers and Video Editors to join our talent pool. You will craft visually compelling content that aligns with client brands, supporting marketing across digital and print platforms.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. You will collaborate with marketing teams and clients, delivering on-brand assets on tight timelines from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or a related creative role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and/or video editing work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design software.
• Experience using Canva or similar design platforms.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Experience editing videos for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while working independently in a remote environment.
• English proficiency at a C1 level or higher (written and verbal) with a slight to neutral accent.
• Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, and other visual assets.
• Edit promotional videos, short-form content, and marketing videos for social media and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identities across multiple clients and projects.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, and clients to develop creative concepts.
• Create graphics and multimedia content for websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
• Edit and optimize videos for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Prepare final design files for both digital and print production.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Stay current with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
• Revise designs and videos based on client and team feedback.
