Job summary

Austin Signco Inc is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with 3+ years in the large format print industry, specializing in vehicle wrap design, to join our team in Austin, TX. This in-person, full-time role spans a 36-hour work week and offers a pay range of $24–$27 per hour.

Responsibilities include managing orders in ShopVox, coordinating with customers and sales, creating proofs, and delivering on-time designs. A portfolio and vehicle wrap experience are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and assign job orders in CRM ShopVox to designer
• Answer questions, brainstorm and problem solving with customers
• Email customers within 24 hours of receiving the order introducing themselves
• Read and review customer order details, performing retouch or manipulation of images for print production requirements
• Submit proofs to customers within 24-48 hours after assigning job to self
• Coordinate with sales on missing information pertaining to the job order such as quantity, size, materials, and document attachments
• Ensure all proofs contain mock-ups so customers can visualize final print product, including onsite installation visuals
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images to align with production requirements
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule

Monday-Thursday 8a-4:30p Fridays 8a-12p

Pay Range-$24-$27 an hour

All applicants must have a portfolio and a minimum of 3 years experience in the large format print industry.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assign job orders in CRM ShopVox to designer

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of work experience in large format print industry as a graphic designer REQUIRED

• Vehicle Wrap Design Experience REQUIRED


• Advanced interpersonal communication skills


• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web


• Experience working with Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design software in the Mac OS compatible environment
