Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia.
• Experience with Section 508 accessibility for designing accessible products.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience facilitating client-facing discussions to interpret messaging and visualize data.
• Portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work, including complex challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver design outcomes aligned with mission goals.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Create deliverables including logos, publications, presentations, multimedia assets, and potentially videos; ensure 508 compliance.
• Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to conceptualize project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain consistency with Booz Allen branding and messaging across materials.
