Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned graphic designer and digital content specialist to create and manage military-grade media assets, including images, video, UI/UX, and 2D/3D graphics. Responsibilities

• Create and edit digital media content including images, videos, and animations.
• Develop original graphic designs for military and defense-related projects.
• Produce professional print materials and interactive UX/UI designs.
• Execute photography assignments and post-production editing.
• Create 2D/3D graphics and animations for technical presentations.
• Maintain digital content production studio standards.
• Create original content, storyboards, novel material from multiple sources, and modifications of previously produced material.
• Develop and coordinate digital and physical content requirements related to unique dossiers/legends.
• Write, develop, edit, and publish content for digital platforms.
• Maintain and track dossier/legend information and metrics.
• Manage and fulfill requests from supported elements and staff.
• Support storyboard development and content creation.
• Manage and track project metrics and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content requirements.
• Offer recommendations, lead testing initiatives, and provide solutions to complex system issues.
• Apply technical expertise in operational content creation and intelligence tradecraft within cyber and physical domains.

Requirements

• TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph (required)


• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design


• Experience with various techniques applied to identity management methodologies


• Experience in defense or government sector, including the Intelligence Community, CCMDs (J2X/3X), or Federal Law Enforcement in CI/HUMINT, Cyber, or SIGINT


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)


• Experience with video editing software (Premier Pro, After Effects)


• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and HTML


• Strong portfolio demonstrating various digital media projects


• Experience with audio editing tools


• Experience with 3D modeling software


• Experience with web development tools


• Experience with photography equipment


• Experience with Content Management Systems


• Must be able to work in secure facilities


• Minimum qualifications vary by level: relevant experience with a bachelor's, master's, PhD/Juris Doctorate, or high school diploma/equivalent


• Occasional travel may be required
