Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience through a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Marketing Graphics: Produce original graphics for digital and print applications.
• Maintain visual consistency across all company-facing materials per brand guidelines.
• Support business development with graphics for client presentations, awards, and industry materials.
• Social Media & Short-Form Video: Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop a consistent posting cadence and write copy with visuals that reflect the company’s voice.
• Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategy; report growth trends to leadership.
• Newsletter & Internal Communications: Design and produce monthly newsletter content across operations, HR, safety, and BD teams.
• Design internal materials including safety bulletins and event announcements.
• Digital & Web Support: Update company website using WordPress, manage project galleries and career pages.
