Qualifications

• Strong hand-drawing and illustration skills, without relying on AI-generated visuals.
• Proven visual design sense and aesthetics.
• Ability to explore multiple visual concepts quickly.
• Hands-on design with AI as a helper, not a substitute.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• English level at B1–B2.

Responsibilities

• Creating internal visual assets for various teams across the company.
• Designing HR materials, including visual assets for job postings.
• Designing and formatting internal presentations.
• Developing, documenting, and maintaining the company’s design style guide.
• Creating visual content for social media.
• Supporting specific product-related design tasks as needed.
• Handling other ad hoc design requests from different teams across the company.
