Job summary

ArtVersion is a Chicago-based experience design consultancy seeking a Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience in print and digital production for our Northbrook office. You will contribute to visual storytelling and campaigns, collaborating with creative directors to shape brand strategy.

You will apply Design Thinking, own projects from concept to delivery, and stay current with industry trends and tools across print and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience across print and digital production.
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Participate in every stage of a project, from research and planning through final production.
• Apply Design Thinking methods to frame problems and shape solutions.
• Lead digital content creation as an individual contributor.
• Design visual storytelling and communication systems for campaigns.
• Work with creative directors to develop and refine brand strategy.
• Incorporate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing updates to digital experiences.
• Advocate for design improvements and help the team prioritize them.
• Create clear, engaging content for print and digital channels.
• Use performance data to inform design decisions and measure results.
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and standards as the field evolves.
