Nordic PCL Construction, Inc. in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and help strengthen brand relationships across projects and communities.

You will coordinate social media, newsletters, ads and awards, assist with photography and videos, and maintain brand assets while collaborating with project teams to tell compelling stories about people, projects and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support business development, proposal and marketing initiatives.
• Create and coordinate social media content, newsletters, advertisements, and award submissions.
• Assist with project photography, videos, and marketing collateral.
• Assist in coordinating company events and community outreach programs.
• Maintain marketing databases, project information, and brand assets.

• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Co-op/Intern experience preferred.
• Understands brand best practices and applications.
• Understands the importance of creating marketing strategies.
• Working knowledge of data analytics.
• Understands all marketing mediums, including web, print, advertising, video, and social media.
• Ability to plan and execute a small event.
• Working skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Adobe Premier and video editing experience is a plus.
  

The estimated salary range for this role is $66,500 - $80,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
