Job summary

LEO Events is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop and execute creative graphic design for large-scale corporate events, including proposals, logos, and signage, while upholding brand standards. You will also support internal marketing materials and client-facing productions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 4–5 years of design experience, proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, and ability to travel for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years’ design experience.
• Expert knowledge in Mac OSX and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Mid-level knowledge in Keynote/PowerPoint and Canva.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs and Slides.
• Knowledge in Generative AI a plus; Dropbox and Asana a plus.
• Proficiency in cataloging and editing photos and graphics.
• Corporate live events/production experience is a plus.
• Ability to utilize filing systems and department processes.
• Ability to track time within the company’s system.

Responsibilities

• Content design and development for internal and external assets.
• Propose and deliver creative design solutions solo or with a team.
• Maintain brand assets and client deliverables with a database for quick access.
• Adhere to and evolve brand standards for internal and client projects.
• Produce internal company graphics, logos, ads, and newsletters.
• Create client-facing assets for proposals, registrations, signage, and content.
• Collaborate with the Creative team and freelancers to meet deadlines.
• Own internal, marketing, and client collateral; assess updates based on trends.
• Oversee smaller event graphics and delegate tasks as directed.
