Hygiena LLC in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Graphic Designer III to deliver print and digital design, translating scientific content into visuals that align with our master brand system. You will extend templates for global campaigns and ensure accuracy across regions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Graphic Design, 6+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint. Brand stewardship and multi-language layouts are key assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 6+ years professional graphic design experience across print and digital.
• Portfolio demonstrating multi-format work within an established brand system.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including master slide templates.
• Advanced knowledge of print production for offset and digital printing.
• Demonstrated project and vendor management on multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience designing layouts for multi-language localization.
• Experience visualizing scientific or regulated product information for B2B.
• Advanced photography and photo retouching skills (preferred).
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools in production (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Delivers print, digital, motion graphics, large-format and trade show design work from master templates.
• Applies the brand system to new applications and formats.
• Produces design components for global campaigns and playbooks.
• Obtains final artwork approval against brand standards and production specs.
• Manages print and production vendors through specifications, proofs and press checks.
• Defines design requirements with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
• Files finished assets in the digital asset management system.
