Client of Pharmaceutical is searching for a Graphic Designer role within its Spine Platform. The Graphic Designer, Spine Franchise Marketing will be based in Raynham, MA.

Reporting to WW Group Product Director Spine, the Graphic Designer will join the Global Strategic (Franchise) Spine marketing team and have the following responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities
  • Create marketing collateral from simple to complex (brochures, presentations, surgical technique guides, analysis briefs)
  • Source imaging; retouch and manipulate in Photoshop
  • Follow Brand Guidelines closely
  • Be an organized team player, maintain good workflow
  • Have attention to detail including proofreading
  • Assist in project coordination across functional teams
  • Have good communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Work closely with marketing manager and product managers to gain knowledge of the existing projects
  • Interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources to ensure design concepts meet brand standards and business goals
  • Communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely while quickly applying feedback and direction as needed
  • Maintain asset management
Qualifications
  • BA Degree in Graphic Design, 2-4 years of prior graphic design experience is required
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Expert design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint
  • Exceptional time-management and prioritization skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across projects.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles including typography, grids and layout principles for print & mobile platforms
  • Strong interest in branding and ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Works effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Able to produce high quality work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and handle multiple projects at once
  • Design experience including page layouts, information graphics, presentation development
  • Able to handle and process creative feedback and apply it to current projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to project timelines
