The primary goal is to promote the state's agriculture through graphic design by creating printed materials, specialty publications, reports, logos, visual displays, and more, for the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service (USDA NASS).Candidates should be proficient with current industry-standard graphic design software to create vector graphics, social media graphics, charts and graphs, and other design elements.
