Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Graphic Designer for freelance work to create daily ad visuals for social media and digital placements. You will translate briefs from the marketing team into eye-catching campaigns that follow our brand guidelines.

Your Day to Day

• Design 2 to 3 ad creatives every day based on written briefs from the marketing team.
• Produce eye-catching visuals for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and other digital ad placements.
• Adapt each design into multiple sizes, formats, and variations to fit every platform and placement.
• Follow brand guidelines while keeping visuals fresh, engaging, and relevant to the target audience.
• Apply feedback quickly and deliver revisions promptly to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Meet daily deadlines consistently and keep design files well organized and easy to find.

Who We’re Looking for :

• Proven experience designing digital ads or social media content, preferably for consumer-facing or performance marketing brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital campaign creatives.
• Good sense of layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Able to turn a short brief into a clear, effective, and attention-grabbing visual.
• Fast, reliable, and comfortable working with daily deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Good communication skills and responsive to feedback.
• Familiarity with platform-specific ad formats and current social media trends is a plus.
