Job summary

Prowess Consulting is seeking freelance graphic designers to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals while maintaining brand integrity. The role is project-based with remote work options across several US states.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to tight deadlines are essential. Candidates should have 3+ years in digital/print design within tech or consulting, and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital and/or print design experience in the technology or consulting industry.
• Experience with B2B marketing collateral production.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, space, and information hierarchy.
• Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite and related design software.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience defining tone and visual language to establish cohesive branding across deliverables.
• Experience multitasking, resolving competing priorities, and meeting project deadlines and budgets.

This is a project-based, freelance contractor rolewith variable work hoursthat can be worked remotely from one of the states listed below; however, collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zoneisessential. No third-party agencies, please.

To be considered for this roleand you desire a W2 hourly rate,you must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.If you haveaLLC or a corporation that you are doing businessunder,you mayresidein any US state.

THE ROLE

• Translate strategic concepts into clean, professional, and engaging visuals.

• Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to understand design needs and deliver solutions.

• Present fresh ideas that push the boundariesthat define“design”

• Develop brand-appropriate graphic strategies and visual identity aesthetic executions that clearly communicate brand goals

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of digital and/or print design experience inthetechnologyor consultingindustryis required.

• Experiencewith B2B marketing collateral production is desired.

• Strong understanding of fundamental designprinciples thataffect typography, composition, color, use of space,andinformationhierarchy.

• Mastery in programs for advanced design development and program applications and efficiencies,especiallyAdobe Creative Suite and relevant software.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience defining tone and visual language to establish a cohesive brand presentation across all deliverables.

• Experience multi-tasking, resolving competing priorities, and meeting project deadlines and budget constraints.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• The pay range offered for this position is $35 – 40 per hour (1099) depending on experience.
