Job summary

Tudip is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to develop marketing materials and collaborate with partners. You will turn campaigns into compelling visuals across flyers, digital assets, and sales collateral that reflect Tudip and partner brand guidelines.

Required 2–5 years in graphic design with a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and familiarity with Figma or Canva. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand designs on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in B2B marketing, technology, or an agency environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign design, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma or Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with brand guidelines and creating consistent designs across formats.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with external partners.
• Ability to translate briefs into effective designs, incorporate feedback, and manage deadlines.
• Knowledge of print specifications, file formats, and digital asset requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design assets for joint marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, and events.
• Create flyers, brochures, one-pagers, presentations, banners, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop visuals for social media, email campaigns, websites, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with partner teams, marketing, and sales to understand objectives, audiences, and messaging.
• Apply partner logos and brand guidelines accurately across co-branded materials.
• Manage feedback and approval cycles with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Prepare final files for digital publishing and print production.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and approved collateral.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
