Augeo is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling brand and digital experiences for events. You will translate strategy into cohesive visual systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present work to high-profile clients.

The role requires strong conceptual thinking, execution, and a portfolio across print and digital, with hybrid collaboration across environments and teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4-7+ years of professional design experience
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, shared libraries, prototyping, and developer-ready design handoff
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design across print and digital work, including examples of interface design, responsive layouts, or interactive experiences
  • Working knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals, including information architecture, user flows, wireframing, interaction design, usability, responsive design, and accessibility
  • Ability to balance visual creativity, brand expression, business objectives, technical constraints, and user needs
  • Experience collaborating with developers or digital-production partners to bring interface designs to implementation
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present logo concepts and complete look and feel design options for clients, informed by creative strategy conversations.
  • Apply the selected look and feel across print, environmental, and digital applications, developing cohesive visual solutions that support the client’s goals.
  • Create comprehensive layouts, graphics, and collateral for print and digital platforms.
  • Design responsive event websites, landing pages, registration experiences, and other digital touchpoints in Figma.
  • Establish and maintain reusable Figma components, styles, templates, and design libraries that improve consistency and support efficient collaboration.
  • Apply UI/UX principles, including information hierarchy, user-centered navigation, responsive behavior, usability, and accessibility to event websites, registration experiences, and attendee-facing digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with developers, digital partners, and internal stakeholders to evaluate feasibility, document interaction behavior, and prepare organized design handoffs.
  • Participate in design reviews, incorporating feedback based on project goals and user considerations.
  • Produce a variety of event collateral and digital deliverables, including but not limited to: Pre-trip and welcome materials, Amenity cards, labels, and specialty packaging, Luggage tags, menu cards, and place cards, Large-scale signage and directional materials, Responsive event websites and landing pages, Registration and attendee-facing digital experiences, Digital display content, animated graphics, and social assets
  • Concept and produce animation or motion graphics for presentations, social content, websites, digital signage, and event environments when appropriate
  • Present creative work directly to clients and internal teams, clearly articulating visual, interaction, and experience-design decisions.
  • Work with production artists, developers, and vendors to ensure accurate execution of deliverables
  • Take ownership of assigned projects from concept through completion.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for sales, marketing, and client projects.
  • Stay current with design, UI/UX, accessibility, motion, and digital-development trends, applying relevant insights to project outcomes.
  • Provide constructive guidance to junior team members when appropriate.

The Graphic Designer is a creative, detail-driven professional with a passion for crafting visually compelling brand and digital experiences that elevate and define unforgettable events. From immersive branding and polished print pieces to intuitive digital interfaces, motion content, and interactive assets, this role brings client experiences to life through strategically crafted design. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with refined execution skills to develop complete design concepts across print, environmental, and digital touchpoints. They translate creative strategy and user needs into cohesive visual systems, intuitive interfaces, and comprehensive layouts. They confidently collaborate with cross-functional teams, present work directly to high-profile clients, and ensure every touchpoint aligns with the project’s creative vision and experience goals.

You’ll spend your days on the following

Preferred Qualifications

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

  • Capable of lifting and moving printed materials and related items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
