Adams Outdoor Advertising (AOA) is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to assist in developing creative concepts and producing designs for clients under the direction of the Creative Services Art Director. Norfolk, VA.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field and 1–2 years of experience, with strong organizational and creative skills. Proficiency with industry graphic systems and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is required.
• One to two years of graphic design or related advertising experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be highly organized and creative and handle multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operates and is proficient in industry computer applications.
• Integrates digitized and computer-generated images.
• Assists with writing advertising copy for creative.
• Assists in client reviews.
• Maintains and backs up all computer systems and data.
• Assists in planning, layouts, and preparation of artwork for proposals, direct mail campaigns and brochures.
