Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a non-profit, think tank, or similar organization.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
• A keen eye for detail, strong visual aesthetic, and a passion for creating impactful designs.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with animation or motion graphics.
• Familiarity with web design principles.

Responsibilities

• Event Design: Develop visually engaging graphics for all signature SCSP events.
• Editorial Design: Design and format reports, newsletters, papers, placemats, and other publications.
