Job summary

Augeo Affinity Marketing, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to elevate brand and digital experiences for events and campaigns. You’ll translate strategy into cohesive visual systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present work directly to clients.

A strong portfolio, agency experience, and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma are essential. Hybrid work in Kansas with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
4-7+ years of professional design experience, agency experience preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Proficiency in Figma with components, auto layout, libraries, prototyping and designer handoff.
A portfolio showing strong visual design across print and digital; interface design and responsive layouts.
Working knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interaction design, usability and accessibility.
Ability to balance visual creativity with brand goals, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Experience collaborating with developers/digital partners to bring designs to life.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team; strong verbal/written communication.
Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving; attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

Develop and present logo concepts and comprehensive look-and-feel options for clients.
Apply look-and-feel across print, environmental, and digital applications.
Create layouts, graphics, and collateral for print and digital platforms.
Design responsive event websites, landing pages, and registration experiences in Figma.
Establish and maintain reusable Figma components, styles, libraries to improve consistency.
Apply UI/UX principles: information hierarchy, navigation, responsive behavior, usability, accessibility.
Collaborate with developers and vendors to document interaction behavior and hand off designs.
Participate in design reviews and incorporate client and project feedback.
Produce event collateral and digital assets including signage, packaging, and motion content.
Present work to clients and internal teams; take ownership from concept to completion.
Stay current with design trends and accessibility standards; mentor junior team members.
