  • Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, Audition, and/or Media Encoder is a plus.

Job Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for aligning creative solutions with brand identities and executing projects from concept to completion. The role involves designing print advertising, web banners, marketing materials, and other non‑traditional promotions, including brochures, forms, posters, logos, and websites. The Designer coordinates marketing functions, manages print requests, and communicates with vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Brainstorm and sketch ideas, design marketing materials, and prepare files for print production.
  • Collaborate with project teams throughout the creative process to produce eye‑catching designs.
  • Work across disciplines such as marketing, promotional space, collateral, print, and digital materials.
  • Maintain a keen eye for typography and stay current with industry trends.
  • Manage assets and image library using Adobe Bridge; retouch and enhance photos with Photoshop.
  • Conduct concept research for new marketing campaigns.
  • Assist the Creative Services team in guiding freelance designers to ensure quality and consistency of the ChenMed brand.
  • Present work to the marketing team, other departments, and physicians as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  • Stay current on design trends and ideas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Requires use and exercise of independent judgment.

  • Strong creative portfolio in typography, identity, graphic design, and web.

Education & Experience
