Job summary

Great Northern in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Graphic Designer - Assembly Instruction Writer to create clear written or video setup instructions for in-house fulfillment and display orders.

You will prepare technical illustrations, shoot and edit photos/videos, and collaborate across teams to meet packaging and marketing needs. A BA/BS in Graphic Arts and 3+ years of experience, plus proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and basic video editing, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in the field, BA/BS in Graphic Arts preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign; basic video editing preferred.
• Ability to understand 3D structures; CAD experience and/or copywriting a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Creates detailed written or video set-up instructions for in-house fulfillment or retailer display orders.
• Prepares technical illustrations for set-up instructions and shoots/edits photos and video for instruction content.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to support packaging challenges and design requests; adheres to quality standards.
