Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in live game presentation or event production.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Familiarity with game day presentation systems is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) required.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating live productions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design a wide range of creative materials including social graphics, marketing campaigns, print collateral, and in‑arena visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency and incorporate feedback from marketing and management.
• Assist in developing digital and social media strategies focused on visual storytelling.
• Assist with social media posting and content collection; build newsletters and email campaigns.
• Support partnerships and ticketing with presentation decks and promotional materials.
• Serve as Game Director: oversee all home-game elements, scripting, music, content, and timing.
• Lead game-day operations and coordinate video/LED content with arena staff and production team.
• Plan theme nights, fan events, and ceremonies; liaise between departments and external vendors.
