As a member of the Print Production Team, you will help move graphics projects through printing, lamination, finishing, and installation. A central part of the role is installing vinyl graphics on equipment, ensuring each application is clean and accurate, without bubbles, debris, wrinkles, or other errors. You will use knives, hand tools, and heat guns to cut, position, and adhere graphics, as well as attach corner pieces when required. Work may take place in indoor or outdoor settings and can involve ladders, elevated areas, and physically demanding tasks. You will collaborate with teammates while managing your responsibilities independently, adapting to changing demands and working to meet customer deadlines.
Applicants should bring a positive, determined attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork, quality, and safety. The ability to take ownership of tasks, use sound judgment, and solve problems proactively is important. You should be willing to learn new technologies, processes, and equipment, and be flexible when project requirements or priorities change. This role requires the ability to lift at least 75 pounds and to climb ladders and work at heights for installation purposes. The work may also require stretching, bending, and moving around equipment in indoor and outdoor environments. Candidates should be comfortable using knives to cut vinyl and hand tools, such as drills and rivet guns, as well as heat guns, with care and attention to safe work practices. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of the digital printing industry and experience operating wide‑format digital printers, plotters, digital cutters, or laminators. Experience with Roland printers is an advantage. Hands‑on experience with vehicle wrap application, point‑of‑purchase displays, or sign installation is also beneficial. A basic understanding of computers, strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure while meeting strict deadlines are valued.
Install vinyl graphics on equipment to a high‑quality standard, preventing bubbles, debris, wrinkles, and application errors. Cut vinyl to fit equipment and use appropriate tools to secure and adhere graphics. Support project workflows across print production, lamination, finishing, and installation, following instructions and quality expectations throughout each stage. Work efficiently to meet customer deadlines while communicating with teammates about progress, priorities, or issues that may affect delivery. Maintain clean, organized production and installation areas, and use tools and equipment responsibly. Take ownership of assigned work by identifying problems, helping determine practical solutions, and following through. Contribute to a cooperative team environment and remain open to learning improved methods and new equipment.
This position offers hands‑on experience across multiple stages of graphics production and installation, with opportunities to build practical skills in vinyl application, finishing, and equipment use. Team members can develop their knowledge of digital printing technologies and processes while contributing to varied projects. The role also provides the opportunity to take ownership of work, collaborate with a quality‑driven group, and strengthen problem‑solving skills through real production and installation challenges. Specific compensation, benefits, and employment terms can be discussed during the hiring process.
