Job summary

tribe 47 is seeking a part-time visual designer to craft static and motion assets for performance campaigns. You will design landing pages and digital assets tailored to campaign goals and platform formats, while independently managing projects from concept to delivery to maintain high visual quality and consistency.

Expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with a strong portfolio of social media creatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating landing pages and digital assets for performance campaigns.
• Experience designing social media creatives and knowledge of paid social formats.
• Advanced Figma skills and strong Adobe Creative Suite knowledge.
• Strong visual design fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Experience managing the creative process from concept to delivery.
• Understanding of AI integration into design workflows.
• Portfolio showcasing social media creatives and campaigns.
• Polish proficiency at C1 or higher.
• Proactive and willing to test new methods.

Responsibilities:

• Create static and motion visuals for social media ads and performance marketing campaigns.
• Design landing pages and digital assets adapted to campaign goals and platform formats.
• Manage creative projects independently from concept to final delivery, maintaining visual quality and consistency.
• Test new creative approaches and contribute ideas.

Offer:

• Part-time cooperation on a B2B or mandate agreement.
• 70–80 PLN gross per hour, negotiable depending on the agreement.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience creating landing pages and digital assets for performance campaigns.
• Experience designing social media advertising creatives and knowledge of paid social formats, trends and best practices across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or other channels.
• Advanced Figma skills and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Strong visual design fundamentals, attention to detail and ability to produce consistent static and motion assets quickly.
• Experience independently managing the creative process from concept to delivery.
• Understanding of AI integration into design workflows for faster ideation and experimentation.
• Portfolio showcasing social media creatives, ad concepts, performance visuals or digital campaigns.
• Polish proficiency at C1 or higher.
• Proactive approach and willingness to test new creative methods.

Nice to have:

• Practical use of AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway or Gemini.
• Experience with DTP.
