Job summary

HALCON Furniture in Stewartville, MN is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing team and support the creation of brand, marketing and sales materials, including digital and print projects such as websites, social campaigns, brochures and internal communications.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, develop concepts, manage multiple projects to brand standards, and contribute to asset management, website graphics, and sales resources using Adobe Creative Cloud and basic HTML.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand execution.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office.
• Video editing experience is a plus.
• Visualization tools like Blender are a plus.
• Experience with AI design workflows is a plus.
• Basic HTML knowledge.

Responsibilities

HALCON Furniture, located in Stewartville, MN, manufactures award-winning, modern office furniture of the highest quality. To meet increased demand for our innovative products, we are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing company. This position will support the creation of a wide range of brand, marketing and sales materials, including but not limited to digital and social advertising, sales and marketing presentations, sales-related resources, internal communications, product brochures, and website graphics.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate marketing strategies into effective visual communications
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for digital and print projects, including websites, social, marketing collateral, rep presentations, product promotions, sales materials, and integrated campaigns
• Independently manage your projects, while constantly ensuring they align with HALCON brand standards and requirements
• Serve as a design resource to internal teams, such as sales and Human Resources
• Support the organization, maintenance, and updating of digital asset management systems and marketing resources
• Update website graphics as needed
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while delivering high-quality work within established timelines
• Contribute to a variety of initiatives and projects outside of core design responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience as a graphic designer or related field
• Strong graphic design portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and effective brand execution
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines, and incorporate feedback from key stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with video editing software is a plus
• Experience with visualization software such as Blender is a plus
• Experience with AI automated/assisted design workflows is a plus
• Basic HTML knowledge

Salary Range:
