Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience, strong Adobe CC skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and a portfolio demonstrating polished, brand-compliant work.

Our client, a worldleader in diagnostics and life sciences, is looking for a \"Graphic Designer\" based out of SouthSan Francisco, CA.

Job Duration:LongTerm Contract(Possibility Of Conversion & Extension)

Pay Rate : $70 - 72/hr on W2

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join a creative team supporting commercial marketing and medical strategy initiatives within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design and production skills, with expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and the ability to create high-quality digital and print marketing assets while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute a high volume of digital and print marketing assets, including emails, social media ads, web banners, website graphics, brochures, and presentations.
• Work closely with the Art Director, project managers, copywriters, and marketing teams to translate creative briefs into polished designs.
• Apply brand guidelines and design systems consistently across all deliverables.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files for print and digital publishing.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and make design revisions based on creative and regulatory (CMLR) review requirements.
• Maintain high standards for typography, layout, color, alignment, and overall design quality.
• Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines while ensuring timely delivery.
• Explore and leverage new design tools and AI-enabled platforms to improve creative production efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional graphic design and production experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Adobe Express.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Experience developing digital and print marketing materials.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing professional design work is required .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Figma, Figma Gen AI, and Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR/CMLR) review processes.
• Knowledge of digital publishing and print production requirements.
