Job summary

Invested Talent is partnering with a Nasdaq-listed tech/data business to hire an AI Graphic Designer. You will shape how an ambitious brand appears across US and global markets, beyond producing designs, shaping visual strategy and brand storytelling.

You’ll work in a fast, collaborative environment, leveraging Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools to drive campaigns and creative that align with growth objectives. Remote-friendly, preferably SF-based.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating B2B tech, digital brand or growth campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Firefly) and AI image tools.
• AI-first workflow with strong prompt engineering mindset.
• Art director level creative thinking with fast execution.
• Experience collaborating with marketing/media teams to connect creative with channels.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets across digital, social, paid media, brand and campaign channels.
• Collaborate with the media team to optimise creative for performance on each channel.
• Apply an AI-first creative process using Canva, Photoshop, Firefly and Midjourney.
• Shape brand evolution across US and global markets.
• Manage multiple briefs and deliver high-quality work quickly.
• Align with Campaign Managers and Head of Corporate Marketing & Brand.
• Support GTM team on product, brand awareness and growth campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and produce creative assets across digital, social, paid media, brand and campaign channels
• Work closely with the media team to optimise creative for performance on each channel
• Use an AI first creative process, with Canva, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney and Photoshop as core tools
• Contribute to how the brand evolves across the US and global markets
• Manage multiple briefs at once and deliver to a high standard at pace
• Work with Campaign Managers and the Head of Corporate Marketing & Brand to keep creative aligned
• Support the broader GTM team on product, brand awareness and growth campaign design

What you'll bring:

• A strong portfolio covering B2B tech, digital brand or growth campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Firefly) and AI image generation tools
• A prompt native approach. AI is part of how you already work, not something you're learning
• Art Director level creative thinking, with the ability to execute at speed
• Experience working in or alongside a Marketing and or Media team, and an understanding of how creative and channel connect together
• A passion for tech, growth and building brands in fast moving environments
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
• Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working across functions
