Qualifications

• Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design or related field preferred.

• Strong portfolio across presentations, print, digital and branding.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Frame.io, WordPress, Mailchimp is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, multidisciplinary Graphic Designer to join our small, collaborative creative team. This role will contribute across the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through final delivery, developing creative solutions for predominantly media and entertainment clients.

A significant portion of our work revolves around presentation-based design, but not in the traditional sense. We create visually compelling, highly customized presentation experiences that blend storytelling, branding, motion, and design thinking for some of the world's leading media and entertainment companies. The right candidate will bring a strong creative eye, foundational design expertise, and an interest in applying those skills across presentations, print, digital, email marketing, branding, and other client deliverables.

This is a hands-on role with meaningful project ownership and direct client exposure. You will present your work, explain the thinking behind your creative decisions, and help translate client goals into effective visual communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible throughout the entire design & fulfillment process for a variety of projects, including digital, print, video, and branding initiatives.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and project management.


• Develop innovative design solutions that engage audiences and address brand challenges.


• Support a positive, growth-oriented team environment by sharing knowledge and contributing constructive feedback where appropriate.


• Stay current with design trends and industry best practices, integrating new ideas and toolsets into projects.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.


• Present design concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders, clearly communicating your creative rationale.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Fine Art degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred.


• 5 years of professional experience (Studio or Agency experience preferred) in the graphic design industry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills.


• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition/layout techniques.


• Agency, creative studio, startup, or small-team experience strongly preferred.


• A polished, multidisciplinary portfolio demonstrating a range of work across areas such as presentations, print, digital, email marketing, branding, and campaign materials.


• Highly proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (ex.: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects). Experience with industry tools and evolving platforms (ex.: Figma, Frame.io, WordPress, Mailchimp, generative LLM-driven platforms) is a plus.


• Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides). Experience with Windows OS is a plus.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.


• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and to manage projects with minimal supervision.
