PDX Aromatics is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to support multiple consumer brands across digital and print marketing. You will design for websites, emails, digital ads, social, packaging, and sales materials, translating briefs into polished work.

We're looking for a creative, versatile Graphic Designer to support multiple consumer brands across digital and print marketing. You'll create designs for websites and landing pages, email campaigns, digital ads, social media, packaging, sales materials, and other marketing projects.
We're open to different paths into design. You might be formally trained and early in your career, or self-taught with hands‑on experience and a strong portfolio. What matters most is your eye for design, understanding of typography and layout, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to turn a creative brief into polished work.
Proficiency with professional design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is expected. Experience with e-commerce, responsive web design, Penpot/Figma, packaging, photography, motion graphics, or AI-assisted creative tools is a plus-not a requirement.
We take our work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. We're a collaborative, down‑to‑earth team that values creativity, good ideas, accountability, and a healthy work/life balance. We want people to do great work while still having time and energy for life outside of work.
Our team enjoys perks such as company-paid lunches and company outings, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our full‑time employees. We also value a fun, friendly workplace where people enjoy collaborating and getting to know the people they work with.
This is a great opportunity for a designer who wants to build a broad portfolio and grow professionally. You'll work across multiple brands, marketing channels, and types of creative projects, with opportunities to learn new skills, take increasing ownership, contribute ideas, and expand your role as your capabilities develop.
Selected candidates can expect an initial conversation, a portfolio‑focused interview, and potentially a short paid design exercise so we can see how you approach a real‑world creative brief. We value skill, creativity, potential, and fit over a specific degree or number of years of experience.
Salary: $55,000–$70,000 annually, depending on portfolio, experience, demonstrated skills, and level of independence.
