Job summary

Entravision Communications Corporation is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer in Phoenix for a hybrid role. You will produce engaging digital assets for social media, landing pages, digital ads, emails, presentations, and marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency across projects.

You will collaborate with the creative team, support senior designers, and help develop a distinct look for multiple brands. A portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and branding.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• A portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideas on how to use AI to help with time saving and proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepares rough design concepts for banners & Social media working with different brands.
• Be able to create Landing pages layouts with platforms like Lead pages.
• Create a specific "look and feel" for any piece understanding the concept and
• Work with different brands at the same time. Create original visuals for each piece understanding the all graphic system.
• Support senior designers on brand and strategic design work.
• Participating in various design projects from concept to completion.
• Producing drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions
