Job summary

84 Lumber Company is seeking a Graphic Designer to assist the Graphics Design Manager in expanding marketing efforts. You will create graphic assets, develop cohesive brand imagery for print and digital platforms, and manage tasks in our project management tool.

You'll contribute to campaigns with strong visual identities, present concepts for marketing initiatives, and bring high creativity to a fast-paced environment while ensuring on-brand design across media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related field preferred
• 2-5 years of professional experience (including internships and freelance work)
• Knowledge of both digital and print files for consistency in brand collateral across a wide variety of media
• Thorough knowledge of and experience with Adobe CC applications (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop primarily)
• Knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• High level of creativity and ability to think outside of the box
• Ability to make short deadlines and work in a fast-paced work environment
• Portfolio showcasing innovative concepts and creative design solutions

Overview

The Graphic Designer works closely with the Graphic Design Manager to help further marketing efforts for 84 Lumber and its subsidiaries. The Graphic Designer works on designing a variety of collateral, manages tasks and projects assigned to them on our project management tool, attends relevant marketing meetings, develops relevant assets, and assists in the development of creative concepts. The Graphic Designer is a vital position on the Marketing team and helps to ensure that all projects, campaigns, and initiatives are on-brand and well-designed.
