Job summary

Reily Foods Company seeks a graphic designer to collaborate with the Brand team on cross‑channel creative, aligning with brand guidelines and business objectives. You will translate briefs, work with photographers, copywriters, and internal stakeholders, and contribute to department operations and HR design support.

Requirements include a BA/BS in Graphic Design, 3+ years’ experience, and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac, with Adobe XD preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Graphic Design or equivalent required.
• 3+ years graphic design experience preferred.
• Food and beverage industry experience a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign on Mac; Adobe XD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design tactical brand ads and promotional materials across print and digital.
• Create packaging designs, product renderings, point‑of‑purchase displays.
• Prepare web content, coupons, field marketing tools and sales presentations.
• Oversee photo retouching and color correction; collaborate with photographers and copywriters.

Our products consist of New England Coffee, French Market Coffee, Luzianne Iced Tea, Blue Plate Mayonnaise, Swans Down Cake Flour, Tiger Sauce, and Carroll Shelby Chili (to name a few) and can be found in foodservice and retail locations around the country.DescriptionThis position will work collaboratively with the Brand team on assignments, while adhering to our brand standardsThis role will consistently collaborate with the Brand Management Team, creative agencies, PR partners and E-Commerce partnersDesign a broad array of tactical brand ad and promotional executions including print and digital advertising, packaging design (Branded and private label), product renderings, point-of-purchase signage, shipper and rack displays, counter cards, web content, coupons, field marketing tools and sales presentationsConsistently develop compelling creative designs aligning with established strategies and following specific brand guidelines and standardsPartner with creative team members and internal stakeholders to understand and deliver on business objectives and effectively turn around feedbackTranslate creative briefs, asking clarifying questions to ensure creative fit based on assignment objectivesCollaborate with copywriters, photographers, videographers and other designers closely on project deliverablesContribute to department operations, tracking jobs and inputs/outputsOversee retouching and color correction of imagesOther duties as assigned, including company design support for HRThis role will report to the Director of MarketingQualificationsThe graphic designer must be knowledgeable and have previous experience developing creative for a variety of cross-channel content and must be proficient in design software and toolsThis position requires outstanding attention to detail and the ability to deliver compelling creative dailyBA/BS in Graphic Design or similar degree is required3+ years graphic design experience is preferred, ideally in a CPG/Marketing companyFood and beverage experience a plusProficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop on the Mac platform is required - Includes Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
