Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably supporting marketing teams.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing print collateral, digital graphics, and presentations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with basic website design; WordPress experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and update marketing collateral across print and digital channels.
• Create graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other marketing channels.
• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations for conferences and meetings.

This role will support the marketing team in developing engaging, polished, and consistent creative materials across print and digital channels. The ideal candidate is a versatile, hands‑on designer who can translate creative briefs into compelling visual communications while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

This is a part-time contract opportunity averaging approximately 10 hours per week, with projects assigned based on business priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Design and update marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, one-pagers, educational materials, direct mail, and other print assets.
• Create engaging graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital marketing channels.
• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations for conferences, leadership meetings, and internal communications.
• Develop branded forms, PDFs, and other business documents.
• Design logos and supporting visual identities for campaigns, special events, and company initiatives.
• Create event and conference materials, including booth graphics, banners, signage, retractable displays, and promotional assets.
• Assist with basic website design and page layout updates in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials, including typography, imagery, colors, and layouts.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
