Job summary

Ziegler Inc. seeks a Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling marketing assets across digital, print, retail, events and corporate communications, ensuring the Ziegler brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints.

You will design campaign materials, signage, templates and digital content, collaborate with Integrated Marketing and the Video & Digital Content Producer, and deliver high-quality, accessible work on schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in corporate or agency marketing background.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across print, digital and campaign design is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, Figma/Canva, and familiarity with presentation software.
• Experience building templates, design systems and scalable brand assets.
• Strong typography, layout and visual communication skills.
• Ability to present and defend design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accessibility and brand standards.
• Responsible for print-ready file presentation, vendor coordination, digital accessibility, version control and template governance

The pay range for this position is

$64,400.00 to $77,250.00

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location.
