Responsibilities

• Website Management - Maintain and update product listings on Shopify; ensure accurate descriptions, photography, pricing, and availability.
• Third-Party Listings - Create/manage listings on Facebook Marketplace, Etsy; monitor performance and update as needed.
• Content Development - Write clear, on-brand product descriptions; organize product data including species, dimensions, finish, and pricing.
• Photography Coordination - Work with the graphic designer to create, audit, organize, and maintain product images; support photoshoots.
• Marketing Support - Assist in producing social media content, email campaigns, and print materials; support data management and scheduling.
• Collaboration & Communication - Coordinate with sales, production, finance, and shipping for a seamless customer experience.
• Software & Tools - Use Shopify, Etsy, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Mailchimp and other marketing/e-commerce tools.
• Strengthen relationships with clients and partnerships.
• Plan and execute campaigns and events; track and report outcomes.
• Create online and offline marketing content; empower sales with content and campaigns.

About the Role

Seeking a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional to join our growing team. This role supports both traditional and digital marketing efforts while contributing to e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as you monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related role
• BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
• Familiarity with Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, or similar platforms
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling content and copy
• Organized and detail-oriented with proven time management and follow-throughAbility to work independently, as a team, and collaborate effectively across departments
