• Portfolio demonstrating ad-related design work required.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for paid ads across static creatives, carousels, banners, and display formats.
• Produce marketing visuals for email campaigns, landing pages, and pitch decks.
• Ensure creative consistency and high-quality execution across deliverables.
• Collaborate with copywriters and art directors to align message and design.
• Respond to campaign performance data with rapid creative iterations.
• Follow brand guidelines and apply visual standards across clients and platforms.
• Stay current on platform-specific ad specs and digital design best practices.
