Our company is rooted in MFO curated sales techniques, along with personal responsibility and daily discipline.We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer who has a strong digital arts background and can bring concepts to life! This role will require you to be able to create your own designs using AI as a tool, not THE tool.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and design visual content for various platforms, including digital and print media.Create original artwork and use AI-powered tools to assist with brainstorming, copy development, image concepts, content creation, research, organization, and workflow efficiency.Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials that enhance brand visibility.Produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and presentations.Sketch initial concepts for feedback and approvalStay current with new design, marketing, and AI technologies relevant to the role.Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve marketing and creative processes.Experiment with emerging AI tools while maintaining brand standards, accuracy, originality, and appropriate human review.Basic QualificationsProficient in graphic design softwareStrong skills in digital art creation and illustration techniques.Portfolio of previous professional work that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and versatility.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Graphic Design degree or equivalent work experience.Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, branding, and visual hierarchy.Results-driven designer with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality creative work in a fast-paced environment, effectively utilizing AI-powered design tools when appropriate to improve productivity while meeting demanding deadlines with minimal revisions and rework.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Adobe Creative SuiteEmail marketing campaignsExperience with Hubspot
